Under UK consumer law you have 14 days to cancel a retail order and a further 14 days to return it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Faulty items
If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, email hello@wholesalefinds.uk within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Wholesale and dropshipping returns are handled case-by-case. Contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 3–5 business days. Stripe refunds are processed manually by our team after a return is approved.
